WinC ;) Collective ( Women in Christ) is a Christian women’s movement birthed from a desire to see women grow in christ, maturity, truth and love. WinC offers women’s discipleship in rotating cohorts throughout the year. WinC Collective was created to foster bonds of Godly sisterhood , promote spiritual growth and a sense of authentic community.

Meet the Founder:

Faith Brooks, MS,BCBA

Faith Brooks is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) , by profession, with a masters degree in applied behavior analysis , with 8 years of experience with children and 4 years of that experience specifically with children in behavioral therapy.

Faith was raised in the church as a “PK” and sensed the call of ministry on her life since the age of 16. With a testimony of being a “prodigal daughter “ , and straying from the path of the Lord to God redeeming her life and mind from the inside out she is now ready to birth the ministry of deliverance, inner healing, and freedom to other women .

With her prophetic gift , emotional and spiritual acuity, educational and professional background of behavior/psychology and holyspirit -led strategy— she intends to impact the nations for the Lord through WinC Collective organization .

A “ Semi-colon” is not only a part of WinC’s logo in the form of a “wink” but it also represents enduring life’s challenges where there could have been an ending . The symbol of a Semi-colon represents strength and hope . This program is designed for ladies who could have given up but have decided to keep going and growing and wish to prosper in the things of God and their calling !
